This 4 hr beginners class @ Kondari Hotel Urangan, Harvey Bay is focused on first steps in smoking low & slow from fuel selection ,fire management, basic trimming, flavour profiles and temperatures all cooked with various types of smokers and grills. Be sure not to fill up before hand we have 4 courses to sample after each demonstration.
